Users

Collection of information and purposes

When you register as a user, we receive information about your name and e-mail address. If you log in with your Facebook account, we can receive additional information about you. That information depends on your Facebook settings.

Inside your user profile you will be able to see a list of your music wishes / requests and which events you have participated in.

The purpose of processing is to give you the opportunity to make music requests at the individual venues (agreement), just as the purpose is to give you the best possible user experience (legitimate interest).

If personal information is collected in addition, this is done with your consent, in which case it will be in connection with you entering the information yourself.

In certain cases, you have the right to have your data erased/deleted (right to be forgotten).

If you wish to make use of this right, please contact us at Support@que.it

Period of storage

We typically store the information about your user and songrequests for one year from the last use of our service. You have the option of deleting individual information about songrequests or which events you have participated in, just as you can delete your user completely, whereby we irrevocably delete all your personal information.

Disclosure of information

We do not pass on your information about musicpreferences, which events you have participated in or which requests you have submitted.

We naturally pass on the various requests to the specific venue, and all other users will be able to see this request and rate this, but neither the venue nor other users will be informed who has made the individual requests. Our service is also not a social platform where other users can see your requests or which venues you have visited.

We transfer your information to the suppliers and partners who assist us with our business operations, ie. our IT-provider, hosting- and backup, etc. We have entered into a data-processor agreement with them and they process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

If you have given your consent, we can pass on your information in accordance with the consent.

Transfer to third countries and international organizations

We do not transfer information to countries outside the EU / EEA
